Today is the first day of reenacted CMCO for Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya & Cyberjaya.

The order will last for 14 days or upon discretion of MKN.

Life as usual but with limited mobility (inter district travel is not allowed)

Yesterday was World Mental Health Day.

For some choice is a privilege.

While it might be a survival for the less fortunate.

Seek help if you are feel unwell.

It's yours to take care of yours.

The pain might not fade away soon.

Work on it.

Seek professional assistance.

Don't give up.

Most important is to have faith in Allah.
