For some choice is a privilege.

While it might be a survival for the less fortunate.


Seek help if you are feel unwell.

It's yours to take care of yours.


The pain might not fade away soon.

Work on it.

Seek professional assistance.

Don't give up.


Most important is to have faith in Allah.
