  • Don't ever give up throughout this program.
  • Your body will feel good after 1st week of program. Don't stop!!! Keep doing it.
  • Whenever you feel like giving up, think about your target. It's not about nice body but a health and fit body.
  • While this program is great, you have to control your diet too. Take more protein and carbohydrate. Say NO to fat.
Personal Experience

  • INSANE!!! feel like giving up on my 1st day.
  • back pain + muscle pain + dizzy + loss appetite in my 1st week.
  • 2nd week= much better.
  • I did this program just for fitness purposes only. Friend of mine asked me to do it with him as he is so determined to lose his weight before going back to Malaysia.
  • Oh yea.. My friend had lost 7 kg in 3 weeks!!!
